We really liked this soup, especially paired with jalapeno cheddar bread instead of the chips. It was very thick and, despite being meatless, had a very "meaty" texture. The combination of spices with cilantro and lime was very flavorful, and the only disappointment for me is that I was only able to find Bud Light Lime, instead of a more gourmet lime beer. The recipe mentions 5 servings, but those would be HUGE servings. I doubled the recipe, as I often do with soups, and I got 19 one-cup servings. So this is enough to feed several people. We'll definitely stick this one in our rotation. Thanks for sharing!

This was pretty good; it was thick and hearty. The flavor was excellent. I added a teaspoon of brown sugar to cut the acidity, but otherwise no changes. As it simmered the hubs even said it smelled good, and I know he snuck a few tastes before we ate so it's a keeper for us!
