I followed it almost exactly except only added one can of chicken broth and although I found the consistancy just right, the kids said it was a little thin. They ate it all anyway. I love the fact that there is no grease or fat in this recipe and it was really spicy! It tastes a lot like what I remember Texas chili ought to taste like! I give it a five…I will make it again.
