I have made this twice now, and have yet to add the ham. I like ham, just haven't had any in the house. But even without the ham, it has SO much flavor and is delicious! Can't wait to try it WITH the ham!

This was yummy. My husband and both of my kids liked it, which is almost unheard of at our house. My husband and I added the chipotle at the table because I didn't know if it would add too much spice for the kids.
