My neighbor and I both give two thumbs up! I used lime instead of lemon and since I didn't want it too spicy used green Tabasco instead of the cayenne. I agree with the above comment - my broth was pretty salty and so I didn't add any salt. Really good!

This was very easy to make and turned out to be quite tasty. Actually, it's better today than it was last night. The only change I will make is to reduce the salt...the tablespoon in addition to the sodium content of the chicken broth made it very salty. Next time, I'm going to use only a teaspoon. And because we're huge cilantro fans, we'll probably use 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup. But all in all, a refreshing summer soup. Thanks!

Oooh I really like this. It is creamy, smooth and cool with the perfect slight warmer from the cayenne pepper at the end. Great for summer! One thing though, I think I made a mistake with the chicken broth (made from a powder and didn't dilute enough) which with the tsbp of salt, made it really salty. I think next time I would blend the salt in at the end, salting to taste. Thanks for the great recipe!
