Definitely will be adding this to my winter dinner rotation.

The only changes I made were escarole instead of kale because they were out at the grocery store & only one cup of heavy cream instead of two.

I did make some minor changes though– I added carrots and substituted spinach for kale.

Next time though, I think I’ll try half and half instead of heavy cream or maybe a little less. The consistency is a bit too thick for my liking.
