Made this according to recipe and it was pretty good! However, I'm a bit of a glutton and would make a few changes. The creamy broth was tasty, but I think I would use heavy cream or a combination of heavy cream and half and half next time, as it seemed a little thin, despite letting it thicken longer than the recommended time. I also would use more gnocchi, as both me and my boyfriend felt it could've used more. Otherwise a great basis for a tasty soup! The thyme was a perfect flavor for this.
