This was incredibly delicious and the family loved it! However, once I added the cheese and the broth I really didn’t feel that it’s six servings. I ended up doubling the recipe at the last second. If you’re serving this as a meal, you’ll want to double it.

was super tasty and not too velveeta-y. sometimes that cheese can be a bit overpowering. i totally forgot to garnish with the bacon and pickles. and i made a comment at dinner that it needed pickles!
great recipe. will most definitely be making this again. loved how simple it was!

I saw a Cheeseburger Soup recipe on an episode of Diners, Drive-Ins, & Dives recently, but was hoping there’d be a slightly healthier version somewhere out there! Thanks for sharing!
