I’d reduce it to a single spoonful, then adjust to taste. Great with the cream and thyme though – very decadent!

Sent hubby out to dig some fresh carrots, didn’t have fresh thyme so used dried. This was so easy and has alot of flavor. I used Chicken broth and an emersion blender. YUMMY
