It has more a hint of something that makes you say, &quot;I think this might have curry&quot;, but I like that it&#039;s not overpowering. I was expecting a more vibrant carroty taste, and do think 40 minutes was more than needed and kind of boiled the life out of the carrots. I&#039;d make it again, but reduce the cooking time until the carrots and potatoes were fork-tender.]]></description>
