Faith is correct to start the vinegar as per the recipe. I did add more, but not a lot. I would dice the veggies smaller next time, but that’s not because Faith gave faulty instructions, just what I did and what I would change. Really a great recipe that I will definitely make again! In fact, I’m sharing some with a friend today – sending home a quart for her!
