It turns out fantastic.  I&#039;m not a fan of beef stew with the potatoes cooked in the stew, so this is heaven for me.  Served with a little bit of mashed potatoes, delish!]]></description>

Oh my, the rich broth combined with the mushrooms and onions.  I did not use the congac, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly.   I liked this version because you didn&#039;t puree the vegetables that are cooked with the beef.  Fabulous!]]></description>
