Tempering eggs always makes me nervous, but I took my time and it turned out perfect. The only addition I made was some lemon zest in the broth with the orzo, but I really love the tang. I came close but never got it perfect. I didn’t clue in that it had eggs. I’ll try it once the heat wave passes and fall decides to stay.
