		<description><![CDATA[I just whipped up a scaled down (for 2) version of this for lunch, and wow, is it good.  Tempering eggs always makes me nervous, but I took my time and it turned out perfect.  The only addition I made was some lemon zest in the broth with the orzo, but I really love the tang.  Thanks for posting.]]></description>
