Delicious! This recipe is quick, easy and very versatile. I add some fresh basil to my soup and decided to try it without the heavy cream first per my husbands request. I will never buy canned soup again! Thank you for sharing this recipe.

We loved this soup recipe! I used fresh tomatoes and the optional chicken broth/cream, and it turned out fantastic!

Simple and delicious! Used the basic recipe and added a bit of milk to make it more creamy and a bit extra seasoning, which made it lovely!
