I made it in the crockpot with a can of chopped green chilies, black beans, canned chicken from Costco, and a can of “La Costena, homestyle mexican salsa”. I used STAGG Vegetable Garden chili. I also added a dash of chipotle powder, oregano, and turmeric. WONDERFUL!!!
