		<description><![CDATA[I thought these were really good. I used the ranch dry mix instead of the italian. Added some garlic salt and parsley flakes and use cubed skin-onwhite potatoes instead of red wedges since I didn&#039;t have red. I baked them as directed and they were very tasty with some crunch. My 16 year old thought they were really good too. I would definitely make these again.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Hubby was skeptical, but he is a picky eater...and he ate them right up! I tried it with the Zesty Italian seasoning, but would love to try the ranch. I added a little bit of grated parm. cheese because I had some left over. I get so tired of doing mashed and/or baked potatoes and french fries all the time...this was a nice twist to go along with our steaks! The only problem I had was mine turned out a little dry. I&#039;m not sure if I did something wrong (I accidently cooked them at 400 degrees) so that might have been my problem? Next time, I might try adding some white wine to give them a little kick.]]></description>
