I made these and the flavor was excellent. I loved the idea of goat cheese and it came together really well. I decided to bake them instead of fry them, and they just didnt come out as well as I had hoped they would. I’m sure they would have been better fried. I think I’ve also discovered I’m too lazy to make tater tots from scratch.

i haven’t tried it with a different cheese, but i’m thinking cheddar would be good!

I’m thinking I would really like this with the goat cheese, but have you ever tried this with a milder cheese or even without the cheese? I’m thinking my grandgirls would love this, but without the cheese. What if it was made a little on the sweet side with a little cinnamon and orange peal? Pat
