I made a mistake and put the garlic (minced very fine) in the glaze but it was good like that. Minced more garlic for the orzo too once I realized what I did. Added some chopped asparagus to the peppers while cooking them rather than making the vege separate. Made double the glaze so I could use it as a marinade on the nice Cod fillets we grilled. Even served the leftover glaze as a sauce for the fish. Excellent…will definately use again with other seafood too. Thanks Stella !
