		<description><![CDATA[We love hot spicy food.  Based on the advice in the recipe and my own experience with cayenne pepper, I  cut it down to 1/2 teaspoon and it still set our mouths on fire.  I think maybe the 1/2 tablespoon is supposed to be 1/2 teaspoon, with the same caveat to be careful if you like to tone down your heat and spiciness.  The potatoes did come out nice and tender and flavorful.  I will try again, but make adjustments to the cayenne.]]></description>
