I usually make horrible-for-you potatoes with cream cheese and heavy cream but these were still very good! The portion is very small so i used 5 yukon golds. 1 TBSP margarin and 1 TBSP fat free sour cream. I kept the 1/2 and 1/2 and milk the same. Husband said these could stay in the rotation!
