This is simple and simply delicious! I’ve made it twice now and it came out perfectly both times. It’s ridiculous how easy it is. Now I’m going to go on to some other vegetables and try them this way too!

My husband and I each ate half the pan. Then made it again the next day, after an emergency trip to the store for broccoli. It was THAT GOOD.

I made this for dinner and the kids ate their broccoli first; my husband (who hates broccoli) ate 2 servings and my 4 year old son asked me to send it with his lunch. WOW!
