I made these last night and they were delicious! I liked the seasoning and even my husband who isn’t big into sweet potatoes liked it! I agree with tonimiller143, you have to keep a close eye on them because mine were done a lot sooner than the recipe said.

I made these last night and the bottoms were burnt. So watch the timing, still were delicious!

These were fantastic! I had my father and brother over for dinner – they raved that these were the best sweet potatoes they’ve ever had. My husband even requested that I put these in our regular cookbook. Thanks for the recipe!!

These are sooo good and the perfect blend of hot, sweet, and herby (if that’s a word)!
I cubed my sweet potatoes and cooked them for only 25 minutes because I wanted them ASAP!
