		<description><![CDATA[I bought sweet potatoes at the farmers market and wasn&#039;t quite sure what to do with them, other than wanting to make a healthy sweet potato dish.  I made this last night and it was easy and good.  I used one very large potato and added cracked black pepper.  We also but them on broil for a few minutes at the end to crisp them up.  They were tasty and good.  Most importantly, this recepie was easy.  :)]]></description>
