		<description><![CDATA[I also have made these before, basically all the same steps, but using basil and kosher salt. Very yummy.  Hard to get perfect everytime for me though.  My mom and I both make these and sometimes they are perfect, and sometimes soggy or too done.  We havent figured it out yet, but we do know that even when they have been BURNED they still get eaten up!]]></description>
