Delicious! I made these as a side dish with some meatloaf and they were a hit. I left out the green onions because I didn’t have any, but otherwise followed the recipe as written. Very good! I’m looking forward to making these again and adding additional spices.

Oh my YUMMY goodness!! These potatoes were fantastic! I am unfortunately not a gorganzola-lover so I used parmesan cheese and it was still perfectly tasty!

These potatoes are amazing! I made them with a grilled pork tenderloin, but they would be a great addition to any meal!
