I’m not usually the biggest fan of green beans, but they looked so good at the farmers market that I just had to buy a bunch. So glad I found this recipe…I think I love green beans now!

I absolutely loved these! When they came out of the oven I tossed them with some lemon juice and parmesan, and I can’t wait to make them again.

We cook our asparagus like this but it was perfect using green beans. It was a great way for all of us, especially our two year old, to get our veggies.

Very good-a hit with the grownups and kids. Love the sweetness of the green beans.

We did think the recipe was a little too salty however we don’t usually use a lot of salt so YMMV. Will definitely make this again and again!

Made these with organic green beans, they came out so sweet and tasty. Def a new fave, thank you for posting! And yes- I almost ate them all.
