I LOVE greenbeans when they’re sautee’d quickly with olive oil & garlic in a hot pan… this looks just as yummy, with a little something extra from the mushrooms. A great way to use up all the beans my garden is going to be throwing at me in a few weeks! Can’t wait to try!
