We are not a brussels sprouts eating family, but this happened to catch my eye the same week that my 4 year old daughter asked to get the sprouts at the store. So we bought them and made this. I did use bacon instead of pancetta (cause it’s what I had) but it was just amazing. My skeptical husband had seconds and thirds. We ate the whole pan. Just fabulaous! Thanks!!
