		<description><![CDATA[I have been in the veggie roasting school of thought for ages but noticed your seasonings were a bit different so I had to try and it was very good.  I added a  red onion cut in wedges  to the mix.  I usually just do the olive oil, lemon pepper and some salt and sometimes a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.  Thanks for a twist that worked for me...!  Loved it.]]></description>
