Made these last night with a good marinated flank steak and bacon-wrapped green beans (both also from this site). I only cooked for two, so use a little less than half the patties, about a cup of cream with a dash of milk (I ran out of cream). And a good tablespoon of butter… Yummmmmmm! Give it some time in the oven, even if you’re making half, cuz the crust will get nice and brown.

Ate them with ribeye last night and just gobbled them up. Only thing I would change would be to cut back on the butter a little, they were a tad bit greasy.
