I made these and my husband said “Whatever you put in these, don’t forget. These are the best potatoes I’ve ever had.” In the morning, I pile them in a frying pan, make some ‘nests’, drop in eggs and cover til over easy. These are amazing!

Easy and absolutely delicious. The combination of the green onions and the fried onions made these simply unbeatable. After eating these potatoes, I’m not sure my husband will allow me to make any other kind!

Yum Yum Yum Yum! I’m Canadian so it’s harder to find the canned onions so I just fried some up and plopped them on the top….perfect! Thank you!
