		<description><![CDATA[Delicious and easy to make. For fun I made it for Easter, but it&#039;s just for me, really. Easy to do and assemble, but I think there is a little too much dressing for the salad, and much of it ends up at the bottom of the bowl, so next time I&#039;ll cut down the olive oil a bit, maybe to half a cup. That&#039;s the only downside. . .the good side is that it&#039;s delicious and easy to make. Thanks for posting!]]></description>
