And it tasted good – it wasn’t greasy. But I was put off a little by the way the mayonnaise coagulated in the sauce. It reminded me of a breakfast casserole I make with eggs and potatoes. I even added one tablespoon less of mayo than the recipe and whisked it into the sauce. Can you give me any advice?
