		<description><![CDATA[We cooked this tonight.  It tastes really good, but next time, we&#039;ll cut larger pieces of cauliflower because it shrinks a lot, and we&#039;ll use less olive oil.  We coated the cauliflower thoroughly, which was too much.

We&#039;ll definitely make this again, maybe tomorrow night.]]></description>

I usually sprinkle it with garlic powder too (not salt, ground dehydrated garlic). Lots of it! I love the flavor, I tried chopped garlic but it tended to burn -- and burnt garlic is not a good flavor.]]></description>
