		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve made apple butter in my crockpot before, and I just left the skins on (fiber and pectin!  yay!).  I buzzed the whole thing up with my stick blender and it was perfectly smooth and skin-free.  I&#039;ll make this plum sauce the next time plums go on sale and I&#039;ll let you know how it goes with the skins.]]></description>
