		<description><![CDATA[These were quite good. I doubled the garlic cloves (should have tripled, but then again I *love* garlic) and added dried parsley, mostly for color.

An important point to note, I think, is the size of the potato cubes. One inch (what the recipe says) is the biggest they should be, and really, I think half or three-quarter inch size cubes would be better. Otherwise you bite into a piece and instead of the lovely Parmesan flavor you get mostly plain potato...which is, well, plain/bland. So small is good (better seasoning to potato ratio).]]></description>
