Good flavor, but found there were way too many bread crumbs that never really absorbed any oil so it was a bit odd. The toppings didn’t stay on top of the artichokes. I might try this again with another tablespoon of oil after the bread crumb mixture? Hmmmm…

I’m making this today. Just noticed there’s no oven temp listed for the 15 minutes of cooking time. I’m going to go ahead and assume 350*?
