I'm SUCH a fan of replacing rice with cauliflower, but two questions: first, the 2 cups of chicken broth never really absorbed. Should I have drained this off after cooking? And secondly: I'm not having any luck chopping the cauliflower up into "rice-sized bites" in my food processor - either raw, or semi-cooked. Any suggestions? THANKS!
