i also used baby Yukons as that was what i had on hand. like keraro, i would probably use a bit less oil. otherwise, very delicious!

Great flavor and super easy! I did not use any cheese…but added the scallions. I will probably use a little less oil next time as there was an excess.

Oh my goodness! These are so good! I also used Yukon Golds, but only becase it’s what the farmer’s market had. My husband LOVED them! Thanks so much for the simply yummy recipe!

I used regular-sized yukon gold potatoes and these were phenomenal! I will definitely be serving them again! We skipped out on the scallions and used cheddar cheese.
