On the spur of the moment, we made for dinner this afternoon with leftover asparagus. The ingredients were very basic, the preparation was easy and the results were delicious!

Tried this tonight. AMAZING!!! I think my husband would give this 10 stars if he could. He just sat there through the whole meal muttering, ‘mmmm…’ ‘oh yeah…’ ‘this is awesome…’ ‘delicious…’ The main course just felt like an afterthought after the asparagus!

This is a great guide to help make wonderful roasted asparagus. I mix it up by seasoning with some of my Tastefully Simple seasonings just to make it different.

This is exactly how I make mine on the grill. Can’t wait for the wild asparagus that comes up in the spring. Nothing compares. I also use this same method for zucchini. So good. Thanks.

we do this at least once a week! i thought i didn’t like asparagus until about 2 years ago (i’m 30). now, i love it.
