These were really good! Mine weren't completely crispy, but I loved the different textures. The mix of garlic powder and Lawry's Seasoned Salt was a great compliment to the sweet potatoes. I didn't think my husband would be into these, but the thought they were great! I will definitely make these again...soon! Thanks!

I made these tonight and they were a hit with my hubby and 15 month old! I sprinkled them with garlic salt and a little bit of nutmeg. The high temp made the fries crispy.. I turned them over half way through the 15 mintues. Thanks for posting!

Wow - these were wonderful. I added some chili powder and garlic pepper to the seasoning mix. I'm not a huge sweet potato fan but will make these again and again. You are right - they were very good dipped in the honey mustard sauce from your Pecan Crusted Chicken recipe. Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful meal - we really enjoyed it!
