I don’t like to measure so I think I used less olive oil. I also left out the garlic and just bottled lemon juice. I love this! Even my veggie-hating daughter said it wasn’t bad, which is quite the compliment from her.

I have made this so many times since the 9th! And I have to admit that I keep forgetting to add the lemon and parm, but even without it it really is my new best friend!
