		<description><![CDATA[Made this for a family gathering, and it was so good, I had to fend off relatives snitching pieces before dinner! I doubled the batch, and used pre-made pie dough for the sake of time. As a note, I ended up with a ton of extra cheese filling, a single batch for that would&#039;ve been enough. The spinach and onions were super easy and tasted phenomenal, they  could be a side dish on their own! My only regret is that the mushrooms ended up a bit bland all by themselves. Next time I&#039;ll simmer them with some of the garlic and white wine, as well as sprinkle a balsamic reduction on top right before serving.]]></description>
