I am looking for something to do for dinner that had corn and a protein and is simple and this sounds like it. I have about 4 cups of corn off the cobb, but will also make a corn salad or something with some of it. I also picked up some beautiful perfectly ripe maters at a roadside stand....I may add a little cheese on top as that woudl make my husband very happy. Thanks!
