		<description><![CDATA[I really wanted to like this so I would have a way to fix broccoli quickly without adding a lot of calories.  Unfortunately, it was still a little tough after about 15 minutes.  Perhaps blanching it before baking would improve the texture.  The flavor was nice.  Will give it another try.]]></description>
