		<description><![CDATA[I love this recipe.  I stir the potatoes and extra virgin olive oil together, put them in the pan and then sprinkle the seasoning on.  The seasoning seems to stick better that way.  I have done these with and without the skin, clean up is easier with the skin, they do not stick but my hubby does not eat potato skins so I usually peel the potatoes and keep them turned to prevent sticking and even then they still stick a little.  Great recipe!!]]></description>
