I love this! My mom made this for us as kids. I always knew what it was but she told my brother it was “fried chicken.” LOL! Will make it soon.

Try adding some grated parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs….delicious!

My MIL makes this for special occasions. She makes a dressing of parsley (lots), garlic (lots), olive oil and lemon and coats the cauliflower in it. YUM.

There’s a Mexican restaurant in my hometown that serves fried cauliflower. I’ve never found it’s equal, but I’m excited to try your recipe. Do you leave the dipped and coated cauliflower to “rest” in the fridge before frying? I’ve heard of that but don’t know if it makes a difference…
