We’re also trying to eat more brown rice, so I used that instead of white basmati rice even though I HATE brown rice.

Well, the rice came out fluffy and delicious, and even I was really impressed by it. Just imagine how good it tastes with white rice! This is going to be a staple of my kitchen.
