Refried beans without lard?! Sacrilege!!! (lol!) The recipe does sound yummy though, so I guess I’ll be brave and give it a try. What have I to lose but perhaps a little coronary heart disease? I’m always game for heart healthy versions of old favorites; thanks for sharing.
