These were great! I also used garlic salt/onion mixture just like jobead. My husband did the grilling and redipped each of the fries in the marinade after a couple minutes then grilled 2 more minutes. Delicious!

This is a fun and tasty way to enjoy zucchini, which is so abundant during the summer. I’ll be making these again and again! I also used garlic salt instead of the specified spice mix and it turned out great. Thanks for the recipe! Happy grilling!

I tried this the other night. Good but the balsamic vinegar was too much. I would use olive oil in the future. I also found that McCormick makes a mediterranean spice blend. I tried that too.

As incredible as they look. I used regular zucchini and a garlic salt/onion mixture since I didn’t have the recommended medley. It worked out great and the kids loved eating them with their fingers.

So I was actually planning on grilling some zucchini to go with my deer steaks tonight, but now I know I have to use balsamic vinegar!!! I never thought of that before, it all makes sense! The whole world just got a little brighter… thank you!
