These were AWE–wait for it–SOME!! My husband loves fried potatoes and he loves Aussie Jack Fries from Outback, and these are the best of both worlds! Will definitely be making these over and over again.

Made these tonight and they were yummy! My son loved them. Microwaving is the key. I added fresh chives and sprinkled with Lawry’s.

I made this tonight and it’s oh so good. I love cutting the cooking time down by microwaving the potatoes first. I added some fresh herbs and garlic to the recipe also.

Oh my! This looks yummy! I’ve done potatoes on the grill before, but this has just enough of a twist with the bacon and cheese along with the precooking the potatoes that I will be doing this version next time we grill! Thanks for sharing…
